Honest Work
November 30, 2011 by jd
I bring my car to Wurtzers. I know the owner from the neighborhood. If there is still a problem after service, they will take care of you till it's right. But most of the time, it's done right in the first place. I just feel I can trust them, which is tough to find in the business.

I had the opposite experience. I had work done on my timing belt and the product ended up being faulty. They replaced it and gave me an oil change - all free of charge. I've taken my car there a few times and always had awesome service.

Brake work
March 14, 2010 by Anonymous Driver
Did my brakes...basically a complete overhaul on the front disc brakes...and the brakes were squeaking again within a day of picking the car up & have squeaked ever since. They charged the about same as Mr. Tire, Merchant's or other places quoted; however, those other stores would have stood behind their work & fixed this, especially if it was brought directly to the store owners attention. The folks at Wurtzers are VERY nice & very friendly. I heard that they did good work; however, in my one dealing with them...they did not stand behind their brake work.
