Stay Away from this place. They will ruin your car and blame it on you

I have never in my life experienced such abuse as I did at Import Auto. I have had to take my car back to them numerous times over the past month to correct issues that were caused by the 'repairs' (and I use that term lightly) that they performed on the car. Each time I picked up my car, it had new issues. And guess what, the owner and employees completely denied that they caused the issues and blamed me and my car for the issues occurring. WHAT? I took my car to them with minor issues. Now my car sounds like its going to break in half. Their response: AND I QUOTE: "We don't know what that sound is. How do you know that we caused this to occur. You need to get it checked out SOMEWHERE ELSE (??!!) and let us know if we caused the issue. We'll fix the issue if you can prove we caused it. END QUOTE. WHAT? These people must be on something. How do you do this to my car and then, because of your incompetence and the fact that you know NOTHING about cars, you tell me its my problem and someone else needs to fix it. Its like I'm in the twilight zone or something. How can they run a business like this. And on top of that they told me that they put used parts in my car!! This is insanity. Unless your have money to buy a new car, don't take your car to this place. You will surely regret it...
